Hi i am 38weeks pregnant now. but way before i knew i was pregnant i was smoking n drinkin... not alot but every now n then. I stoped when i found out i was pregnant which i was 6weeks in i have not touched a single cigerette nor alcohol after i found out... now i am worried that my baby might be harmed... Does anyone know weather i should worry or not?

I think that we teach our children by example. Why do I wake up feeling sore and exhausted?

I am 19 years old, I work for Tim Hortons. I work about 4-5 days a week for about 5-8 hours a shift. I realize that this type of working environment can cause aching feet and muscles. Lately, even on my days off (I sometimes get 3 to 4 days off in a row) I will wake up to pain in every joint of my body. My neck, my fingers, my back, you name it. I also feel like the 8-9 hour sleep I had that night had no effect. I wake up wanting to fall back asleep and my eyes are stuffy. This happens to me every morning. Why am I feeling so out of it and tired after a good night sleep? And why does my body ache? I'm only 19 and I've been at Timmies for 1 month. I eat healthy, I eat more vegetables than the average person and I have a fixed diet. I don't smoke, I rarely drink. I do crack my knuckles quite a bit so that may be why my knuckles ache in the morning. I would really appreciate a reply to this question! Thank you.

I had 2 miscarriages in past 6 months. What should I do now?

I am almost 34. I had 2 miscarriages in the last 6 months. However, both times it happened after i had large parties in my apartment. I think i did too much strenuous jobs and was very much excited during that period. My Dr told me that I have no abnormalities and both of the accidents happened due to some problem in the fetus itself. My husband is a smoker. I wonder is it related to my miscarriages. Is a healthy diet plan can reduce the chance of miscarriage? Is it true that miscarriages continue if I don't wait 6 months to conceive again. Why does this script not send an email to me?

I'm not a coder by any means. But being an IT person, I can tell that this script doesn't include a mail server destination or email submission fields. This script isn't the issue, this script is just a program that creates the actual email body. Your problem is with the script/program that executes the email.

Should DUKE get a #1 seed?

Did you forget about UCONN? ok when i saw duke earlier in the season, i thought they and UNC were the best teams. However, they both dropped big time later in the season, UNC fought back up to the top, but duke hasnt really proved to me that they are No.1 sed material now. UCONN did way better in the conferences than duke did. i think UCONN is a great team, but they arent 100% consistent and definitely wont go all the way.

Tampons don't fit! Please help?

I'm 15 and I started my period August 2009. I've always worn pads because I've tried to wear tampons but they don't fit in my ! I've even tried to put my finger in my but it doesn't fit and it feels too dry. I've tried putting saliva on my pinkie finger and that fit but I want a tampon to fit and they are too much bigger. I've even tried slim tampons. It hurts too much to try put them in any further than I've tried. Is there anyway I can fix this like by making my l hole bigger? It is really tight and I want it to be looser. I'm scared to have too as I don't want guys to know I'm that tight. Is there a really fast way to make my hole looser? Please help! Can a cat be tested to see if she had vaccinations or not?

I got a kitten from a breeder who said that she had all of her shots, but after I got her the breeder never sent along the paperwork that she promised. Can a vet draw blood to test for antibodies or should I just get another round to be sure my kitten is safe? I have been unable to get in touch with the breeder and since she is avoiding me I am not sure I trust her word that the cat has been vaccinated.
