How do you do your hair in wavy pigtails?

In an episode of wizards of waverly place selena gomez did her hair like in two wavy pigtails... so if any one knows can you like tell me how does she does her hair like that because my hair is exactly like hers, and i thought it looked kind of cute in that episode too so... please help if you can! :P
