Should we engage in talks with Iran and Syria????

Do you think we should engage in talks with Iran and Syria, as the report on Iraq suggests, even though, while you are reading this, the terrorist groups are celebrating the same report as a Jihad victory, and one leader was quoted as saying "the only things left to do is destroy Israel and defeat the Americans on thier own soil"?
