What can you do during astral projection?

ummm im very curious i mean what if a human has a sword and a demon as himself in the stral who would win just asking and why do demons have powers over humans dont we suppose to be equal and how do you teleport cause theres a demon in my house and i wanna p by it and if you say "i want to teleport to an angel" will you be and what can you do in the astral fly and all the other stuff
