Rate my random deck 1-10 and help me make it better?

i have give it i say a 7. Because i think you should get some stronger monster know my top monster right know that i can use in my deck is ultimate blue eyes white dragon. But thing is i have played in a while. But i still have like 500 cards. and like 640 Pokemon cards.(Lol I'm a loser). But yeah just get some stronger monster and you will be good :)
