1996 dodge ram 5.2 automatic stalls when making right turns what could it be?

first off everytime i go to start the truck up i have to turn the ignition on then lay of and do it again it never starts the first time. then i have this problem where while im driving once i lay of the gas pedal the trucks rpm's fall and it just dies . I usually reset the pcu and it stops doing that but lately when i make right turns the truck acts as if it has no gas it sputters and usually dies . If i try and accelerate through the turn or even just coast through with the momentum i have it just croaks. this is especially scary when im getting on the freeway. what do u think ?
