2 Week Old Trying To Hold Head Up And Eating 3 Ounces Already?

Our daughter is 2 weeks old this being our first baby I'm not sure what's "normal" for a baby this small to be doing but she's already trying to hold her head up so since she's already trying we have started sitting her in our lap and helping her support her head while she holds it on her own (we keep a hand on her chin and one on the back of her head just incase). She's also sleeping through most of the night I'm not sure if this will change but she only wakes up once between 3AM and 4AM for a feeding then falls right back asleep, throughout the day she will sometimes stay awake from one feeding to the next and sometimes will only sleep for an hour or so between her feedings of the day time is this normal and will she continue this pattern or will it change. She's also eating more then what I would think to be normal but our pediatrician ures us it's normal we started her at 40ML in the hospital and have had to continue to up her formula amount she's now at 85ML just short of 3 ounces the doctor says it's normal because she was a big baby but I was curious if your newborn had done any of these things (not feeding for medical reasons)..
