Ankle pain during/after ballet cl?

In the middle of ballet cl yesterday, my ankle started hurting when I pointed or when en pointe. It still hurts when I do so. My ankle hurts around the Achilles tendon area, but it does not look swollen or red, nor show any other symptoms of any injury. What could it be and what should I do?
