Does this girl like me?

There is this girl at work that always stares at me, she is like a janitor or something. Any ways, every time that i walk past her she would like stare at me for a lil while and then she will look down, she wont smile or anything. I have said hi to her a couple of times and she said hi back. But she still keeps staring at me like that. I havent tried talking to her because we have a very strict ual harstment policy. Some times i think she is staring at a scar that i have on my face. So what do you think, does this girl stare at me cause she likes me, or is she just staring at my inperfections?
