Have I been racially profiled? What can I do?

I needed to submit a warranty claim for my laptop to the manufacturer. I did it through their claims website giving all of my information in English. I have a Hispanic last name, but that is the only thing that even hints at the fact that my family is from Mexico. Every time the company called me they did so in Spanish, even though I kept telling them that I didn't speak it. This took place over 4 or 5 months (especially because of the horrible customer service). My question is: do I have any legal recourse in this matter? My family is fiercely American and we have only spoke English in our homes. Its a point of pride. (That and I grew up in a part of the country where it was "healthier not to speak Spanish)
