How do I get this guy's attention?

We're 13. He's the sweetest, funniest, smartest, most athletic and hottest guy I've ever met. (No exaggeration) He's all I think about. We barely talk. But when we do it's like magic. The problem is I'm shy. Whenever we talk. He's the first one to say something. I just don't know what I should say. I have my dream guy picked out but how do I get him. I'm not close with my mom, and my friends' advice stinks. I really need help! Thanks
