I had a neurologist tell me my son had 3 different abnormalities in his facial features...?

He said if that if it was just one abnormality, he would not be concearned... but sine it was three together, he was. Everyone thinks my kid looks fine. Not partial people, but everyone.. My kid doesnt hold his head up very long but he is quite aware and talks alot... He is just a little smaller than most kids his age, but he is growing to scale in his head cirfrence, Length, and his weight.... Why did this doctor tell me my kid would never be normal?? I am going to sue for all the pain and suffering that he has caused my family if my son turns out to be alright.... I dont see how he could tell anything without even drawing blood or doing an mri or other legitamate tests..... Im pissed... But if any can shed light on this situation, maybe it will help me....
