Is this sinus infection?

A couple days ago I noticed a bump in my nostril, then I woke up this morning and my upper lip was swollen. Also, there is tenderness around the nostril with the deformity. Under my upper lip, I there is a small bump. It doesn't feel like a canker sore, but I did drink O.J. There is allot of pain in my cheek on the side of my nose with the deformity. What could this be? I'm thinking maybe an ingrown nose hair, or acute sinitis.
