Marriage.. what does god think?

i recently proposed to my gf and gave her a ring.. we exchanged our vows to eachother and in our hearts believe we are married in the eyes of god.. i know a lot of people might not agree with that but what else really needs to be done for the marriage to be blessed by god.. marriage license are man made not god made.. they are a worldly ideal and a piece of paper saying you are married doesn't mean anything to god and in no way displays the love we share.. adam and eve did not have a marriage license.. they were simply brought together by god.. the love we share is more than just love.. it's of the soul and i truely believe a love like we share is only possible through the pressence of god in a relationship.. we are completely in love with one another and live our lives for god and eachother.. if that isn't marriage idk what is.. what do you think?
