What happens if youve had a droplet or two of alkaline battery acid in your mouth for about 30 secs?

Before everyone goes on about how dumb this is i don't ******* care i don't wanna hear it i already know im a total dumb *** for doing this and im never going to do this ever again. My friend who was most likely making up **** for attention said that he put battery acid on a piece of cardboard and put it on the roof of his mouth ( like lsd ) and it got him high and he tripped out for a day or so. My other friend and i wanted to try it so we asked him what to do. Later with my friend and i poured a droplet or two of acid from a Duracell AA alkaline battery on to some cardboard put it on the roof of my mouth and it burnt like **** which my friend said was normal. I held it there for about 30 seconds and spat it out cuz i knew that that **** really really cant be good for me. When i spat it out i showed my friends my tongue which had all this skin burnt of. Its Friday today and that was on Wednesday wtf should i do? My mouth burnt for about a day and the swelling has gone down and and it only hurts maybe half as much as it did. I don't wanna tell my parents cuz they'll prob beat the **** outta me. I looked up the effects on the internet but it turns out no one has been dumb enough to put batt acid in there mouth other then me. I have light headaches and have almost fainted like 4 or 5 times. I got my shoved my ipod in my mouth an took a photo of the roof of my mouth and there is this retarded bit which is dark and wrinkly and im worried i could have cancer. My question is what are the effects likely to be? And what the **** should i do with out telling my parents? And btw i know this is really really ******* stupid ok i don't want to hear it and ive learnt my lesson so don't bother giving me some lecture i don't wanna hear it.
