What is the difference between Emfamil Premium Lipil and Emfamil Premium Infant?

My son has been on Emfamil Premium Lipil since he was born. I am on Wic and every time I got to get the formula its not available. I have tried Safeway, Lucky's, Raley's, and Foodmax and they never have it. The places that have it which are Walmart and Costco don't take Wic. I am now thinking about switching him to Enfamil Premium Infant because that's whats ALWAYS available. So my question is what is the difference between Emfamil Premium Lipil and Emfamil Premium Infant?
