Who are the darkest haired skin and eyed people in southern europe?

whats the highest percentage of black hair(either straight or curly or wavy) dark eyes and olive(light brown bronze) skin in europe? some people say its sardinians other peoples say its certain greeks and portugeses others say its people of south italy but whats the highest percentage? who are the darkest people in southern europe(excluding gypsies) turks are part of asia so they are excluded LOL! i asked my uncle hes a arab.. he traveled to some mediterranean parts of south europe and he said greeks look the darkest out of all the south europeans .. because greece is closest to the middle east turkey and egypt whereas spain is farther from the middle east and italy a bit far but the thing is is that spain also is closer to morroco( north africa) however he said he seen greeks from near crete who look no differnt skin color wise and facial feature wise from some armenian iranian syrian lebanese even iraq people.. but he didnt see this in spain or portugeses so are greeks the darkest? some of them can blend in with syrians and lebaneses? id say people of southern greece cyprus etc they are good candidates being the closest to the middle east whereas spain is just closer to north africa who are a bit lighter then middle eastern people! some spaniards have celtic genes but no greek has celtic genes.. even some italians have celtic in them or germanic ..but greece has no germanic or celtic. maybe some slavic thats it.. id say greeks from southern greece and crete cyprus are the darkest perhaps and then southern italians sardinians sicilians etc then spain and portugal! anyone know the percentages though? romanian gypsies though are probably the darkest of all being that their ancestors came from central india
