In the event of a family members death, whos responsible for the upfront costs and fees to the funeral home?

Mom is on hospice. she is not expected to last much longer and the siblings are having issues and debates on this questions.. I would like everyone to chip in and donate what they can, but older two sisters feel that the beneficiary should be the one responsible for coming up with the upfront costs of the funeral home alone. I am the beneficiary. But my older sister and older brother are the two successors or ones that over sees that everything is done correctly and organized. Sister claims that I am the one responsible for the 2,400 upfront cost of the opening of plot, vault and closing of the plot all alone because I am the sole beneficiary. Now, I don't have that and wont have that kind of cash upfront when it happens. I suggested that everyone chips in. SIster is being a beeach and says she has a credit card that she could use to bury mom but she refuse to help me out.. (because she is jealous about her not being the beneficiary) When the funeral home receives the check from the insurance company, the remaining money not used and the upfront costs will be reimbursed to ONLY the beneficiary's name. Whose responsibility is it to come up with the upfront fees when the dying patient doesn't have it upfront either. Should it be the ones in charge of the funeral arrangements and such? Or legally is it mine? Especially when the siblings are acting stupid and dont want to pitch in because of jealousy issues.
