Does the movie Halloween in your oppinon seem to borrow some things from the movie Dementia 13?

Probably the other way around. I'm not familiar with Dementia 13, but I have seen every one of the Halloween's including the newest one. They really have to try hard to keep it from becoming simply repetitious.
