Can a cat be tested to see if she had vaccinations or not?

I got a kitten from a breeder who said that she had all of her shots, but after I got her the breeder never sent along the paperwork that she promised. Can a vet draw blood to test for antibodies or should I just get another round to be sure my kitten is safe? I have been unable to get in touch with the breeder and since she is avoiding me I am not sure I trust her word that the cat has been vaccinated.
