What should we say to the 45,000 families that have lost their love ones due to lack of health insurance?

Conservatives would tell them to "get a job and be responsible for yourself!"...even though the conditions that created that scenario have nothing to do with a job (denied coverage due to a pre-existing condition or they lost their job recently and couldn't afford coverage) or them being irresponsible. Therein lies the rub...and the shame of the Republican Party.
