Debutante Ball?

im one of the roses. my sister is having a debutante ball this late fall [ 2008 ] and i was thinking will i have to dance with her like in front of everyone i mean like the last time i was a partner from a debutante's ball was like when i was 7 or 8. ANYWAY i was thinking will there be dances like hip-hop in some part? i know that we have to dance waltz and all. will i have to dance with her alone in some part? also i know i dont really need to make a speech but can i make one? plz tell me evrything u knows!!!!!!
